Thin Air Growing Systems

introducing the new "medium-less" technology

a growing tool used for seed germination, plant propagation and full term growth

AEROPONIC

system

US and foreign

patents pending

US patent #7,426,802

How it works

Our plant growing system is comprised of FOUR major components:

the growing chamber(26 1/4 inches square by 20 inches tall)

Little Giant sump pump with attaching nutrient misting arm

growing platform top with nine individual growing cubes(sites)

repeat cycle timer used to control misting intervals

Our system is self-contained with NO external attachments.

Because the plant's roots need oxygen in order to absorb nutrients, our growing chamber's depth provides an abundant amount of oxygen.

You simply pour in 2 to 5 gallons of water and aeroponic nutrients.  The misting pump with the attached misting arm sits inside the growing chamber at the bottom were the nutrients reside.

Set your repeat cycle timer OFF time to 12 to 15 minutes and your ON time(misting) to 10 seconds.

We set your misting time to 6 seconds.

Plants are supported in the holes in the growing cubes, with a plant support disk, and are inserted into the platform top.  If your plants need additional support, you can use a plant stake in order to tie your plants up.  The plants roots are now suspended inside the growing chamber where they develop strong roots.

The nutrient misting device, which is located inside at the top of the growing chamber, next to the plant's roots, periodically mist with oxygenated nutrients.  This gives the plants the energy they need in order to grow faster and produce a larger crop.

No nutrients are wasted because the nutrient spray is re-circulated after misting the roots.  The excess nutrients then fall back to the bottom of the growing chamber to be re-circulated and sprayed again, making this Aeroponic technique desirable to any grower.

Advantages:

germinating, rooting cuttings, and growing times are cut in half

grow your plants from seeds or cuttings

grow your plants to full term or transplant in soil

plants are stronger, larger, and of the highest quality and flavor

re-circulates the nutrients until the plants use it up

research has proven that Aeroponics is better than Hydroponics

initial investment is a little high but the savings to operate go on forever:

no more growing medium to buy and discard in the land fills

less and less nutrients to buy

less energy cost because our system does not run continuously

cleaning and water changes are done in fifteen minutes or less by putting

a bucket below the chamber and opening the bottom drain valve and rinse

with about a half gallon of fresh water, let this drain, close drain valve and

refill with fresh water and nutrients

          and so on

After the growing chamber and misting arm is functioning to your desired setting it is time to:

Start growing seeds and cuttings for full term growth to harvest

and/or

Start growing seeds and cuttings to be transplanted after rooting
